The Most Important Position

We so often want to get praised for everything we do.  If we sing a song we want our name called.  If we give to charity, we want our name called.  No matter what it is we do we want to get praised for it.  But a great lesson can be learned from the game of football.  Okay, let me ask you a question?  Who is the person that plays the position of center for the New Orleans Saints? Ha ha, I thought so?  The center is the most important position on the football field, for it’s him that touches the ball and starts the play on every down.  If he doesn’t do his job then the highly praised quarterback can’t do his.  And yet his name is hardly called.
