A certain man was involved in a disagreement with a friend.  Amidst the altercation he called his friend several unbecoming names.  After realizing the hurt he had bestowed, the man replied, “I’m sorry, I don’t know why I said that, it’s not in me to say such things.”   The friend then laughed and said, “You say it’s not in you, but it came out of you.”  My dears, we must learn to be careful with our thoughts, for something that is not in you cannot come out of you.
